Sub/Urban Justice is an after-school social justice leadership development program for teens ages 14-19 from Cambridge and the surrounding areas. Our teens train as educators (learning about systems of oppression like racism and facilitating workshops for their peers) and community organizers (taking action to practice the skills of activism and advocacy). We offer internships, paid jobs, and community service hours. Teens are always welcome to join – we accept teens on a rolling basis.
