Next Up is for 18 – 24 year old residents who have graduated from high school but are still figuring out the next step in their lives. Next Up will help these young adults come up with a plan, which might include going back to school, enrolling in a training program or finding a better job. Key elements of the Next Up are:
• 4 month program
• 20 hour/week paid internship
• Twice weekly skill-building workshops
• Career Exploration (with interactive job visits)
• Team-Building
