Weekly after-school map navigation classes for children in grades JK through 5 will be available at two of the Cambridge Community Schools this fall. Participants will learn through games and hands-on activities, to develop orienteering skills like running, agility, spatial memory, route selection and map reading. We will be outdoors as much as possible. Also, science! Learn to make a compass, recognize tree species, and observe changes in nature as the seasons change.
