LTI is a leadership development program at MIT for high school students. The 1st half of each LTI session is focused on developing the students leadership, teamwork, and communication skills through various activities and workshops. Students are paired with a project mentor who guides students through all the steps of developing an original community service oriented project, from brainstorming to fundraising to finding a mentor to executing the work.
