* Volunteer to accompany an older adult to medical appointments.
* Appointments are weekdays between 9 am and 5 pm and average 3+ hours. Volunteers can expect 1 to 4 appointments per month – your match is based on how much time you have.
* 1:1 match with an older adult to help navigate medical appointments.
* Provide support and prompts for conversation with physician.
* We look for volunteers who can stay with the program for at least a year.
