Just-A-Start (JAS) YouthBuild is a comprehensive youth development program for out of school youth that provides education leading to a high school credential; career exploration and employment skills training; and leadership and life skill building. Through their housing community service work, youth gain work skills leading to industry recognized credentials, as well as applied academic skills. The program also provides comprehensive guidance, counseling, case management, and support services.
