We provide support to pregnant and postpartum women, infants children under 5 years of age that meet income guidelines. Services include free personalized nutrition education and consultation, food benefits, community referrals and other resources.

Registration instructions
To apply call our office at 617-665-3750. Walk-ins are also welcome. When you come into the office, please please bring with you the following::
1) proof of income (you are automatically income eligible if you are currently receiving TAFDC, SNAP or certain MassHealth insurance plans or if you are applying on behalf of a foster child.)
2) Proof of identification
3) Proof of residency ( your address)
4) The person(s) that is applying for the program
