Book Bike rides to 5 parks each week in the summer to distribute free books to Cambridge children of all ages, in conjunction with DHSP's Summer Food program. From 11:30 am. to 12:30 p.m. children are able to pick their own book to take home from a wide selection of books, do a fun craft activity and hear stories read aloud. The Book Bike encourages summer reading by modeling that reading is fun!
