The Cambridge Coordinated Access Network is Cambridge's new "front door" for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. We are a partnership between four agencies to help connect people to resources appropriate to their level and type of need. After receiving a Cambridge CAN assessment, clients will receive information pointing them towards services, and based on priority are entered into a referral pool for a number of housing programs as well as Housing Navigation assistance.

Times listed are walk-in assessment hours at the Cambridge Multi-Service Center. Staff at the MSC may be able to schedule an appointment outside of these times. Walk-in assessment is also available on Thursdays from 5 to 7:45pm at the Thursday Meals Program (Christ Church, Zero Garden Street) year-round and on Fridays from 1 to 4pm at the Friday Cafe (First Church, 11 Garden Street) from September to June. Outreach workers are often available to offer assessment to clients in the field who are unable to come to a predetermined access point.
